Chicago Lawyer interviewed partner Stephanie Scharf in its July 2014 issue about the challenges that firms face to enhance diversity in the workplace.  Among the comments made, Ms. Scharf observed that the biggest challenge is for a firm to settle on and develop a strategic approach with concrete goals so that they can map out the way their goals can be achieved consistent with the culture of the firm.
