Susan, a nationally recognized labor and employment lawyer, joined Scharf Banks Marmor after over two decades leading the nationwide team of labor, employment, and benefits lawyers at Exelon Corporation, and its then subsidiary Constellation, as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits.
