Deirdre Fox Speaks on Employment Agreements, NDAs, and Data Security at ISBA

Counsel Deirdre Fox spoke on February 1, 2017 as a part of the Illinois State Bar Association’s live Continuing Legal Education program on Cybersecurity. The ISBA’s full-day seminar was designed to help attorneys learn how to best protect their firm and their clients from data breaches and cyberattacks.

Ms. Fox’s presentation, “Employment Agreements, NDAs, and Data Security,” outlined how businesses can safeguard themselves against data leaks through effective employment agreements. She also laid out additional measures businesses can take to bolster cybersecurity in regards to employees and independent contractors.
