Deirdre Fox Speaks on Intellectual Property and Executive Agreements

On March 26, 2015, Counsel Deirdre Fox was the featured speaker on the topic of “Negotiating Executive Employment Agreements: Intellectual Property and Other Tips and Traps for the Unwary.”   Ms. Fox spoke at the American Bar Association’s 2015 Midwinter Meeting of the Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, Labor and Employment Section, that took place in Naples, Florida.   The program discussed pitfalls and traps in the drafting and negotiation of clauses regarding intellectual property, confidentiality and other rights and remedies in executive employment agreements, with particular focus on the intellectual property issues that typically arise in executive contracts in the creative, technology and financial services industries.  For more information about the program and conference click here.
