George Sax Discusses Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution at American Arbitration Association Roundtable

George Sax was invited to speak at an American Arbitration Association (AAA) roundtable luncheon held in Chicago on October 13, 2016. Mr. Sax, along with the other participants, weighed in on a number of pressing issues affecting the arbitration of large, complex cases, including the advantages of arbitration over litigation and potential amendments to the AAA rules for complex case arbitration. The roundtable participants comprised approximately 20 lawyers and AAA arbitrators with significant recent experience handling complex arbitration cases. Scharf Banks Marmor LLC will continue to monitor developments in the AAA rules, including any amendments that may arise from this or other roundtable discussions.
