Partner George D. Sax Moderated at PLAC Annual Meeting on How To Win Your Case In The First 90 Days: Focusing on Mediation and Early Substantive Evaluation of New Litigation

George Sax moderated a segment at the Annual Conference of PLAC (formerly the Product Liability Advisory Council) entitled ” How to Win Your Case in the First 90 days: Focusing on Mediation and Early Substantive Evaluation of New Litigation.”  George was accompanied by seasoned litigators Edward Blakemore, Raul E. Tellez, and William J. Ricci. The panel covered best practices for early case assessment within the first 90 days, effective strategies for mediation, and potential legal pitfalls to watch out for during the assessment and mediation processes. This year’s conference took place October 23-25, in Tucson, Arizona.  PLAC is a nonprofit specialty bar association for product liability trial lawyers and in-house counsel, and George has been a sustaining member of PLAC since 2019.
