Partner George Sax Takes Part in Updated Guide to Illinois Civil Appellate Procedure

George Sax was a part of a committee of seven prestigious members of the Appellate Lawyers Association of Illinois (ALA) who contributed to the ALA’s update of “A Guide to Illinois Civil Appellate Procedure.” Under the guidance of editors Kimberly Glasford, Jessica Harrill and Gina Rinaldi, the committee members assisted in publishing and curating the updated Guide.  The ALA Guide, long an essential text for pro se litigants and appellate lawyers, has been revised to reflect changes to the rules and practices for civil appellate procedure during the past three years.
