Partner Sarah Marmor’s Article “Working in a Post-Pandemic World” is Published by the PLI Chronicle

Partner Sarah Marmor, head of the Firm’s Employment Counseling and Litigation Practice, has published an article in the the PLI Chronicle: Insights and Perspectives for the Legal Community (August 2021). “Working in a Post-Pandemic World: Navigating the Changes and Uncertainties Wrought by COVID-19” addresses some of the salient and complicated issues employers and employees have faced since the pandemic began – and are likely to continue to face in the coming months and perhaps years.  These include new legal and organizational work-from-home realities, COVID-related litigation risks to employers, and the evolving intricacies of vaccine mandates from employers.  A copy of the article can be found here.
