Partner Ted Banks served as Chair of PLI’s Compliance & Ethics Essentials 2023, April 20 – 21, 2023

This two-day event, held at the University of Chicago – Gleacher Center, was a must-attend for in-house counsel, compliance and ethics officers, human resources executives, outside counsel, and risk management consultants involved in corporate compliance and ethics.

The event featured a highly interactive program that included case studies, practical tools, and real-time benchmarking, designed to help you decrease legal risk, assess liability risks, implement an organizational code of conduct, and facilitate the use of effective helplines. Additionally, the distinguished faculty, drawn from major corporations, academia, law firms, and the government, helped you bolster relationships among compliance, legal, and executive officers.

Compliance & Ethics Essentials 2023 was also an excellent opportunity to learn how to utilize data analytics to assess program effectiveness and incorporate ESG principles into the compliance framework.
