Partner Ted Banks to Moderate a Panel at the 63rd Annual Corporate Counsel Institute

Partner Ted Banks moderated the panel “CEOs Behaving Badly” at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law for the 63^rd Annual Corporate Counsel Institute on June 7, 2024. The panel explored the various ways in which CEOs have inappropriately used their position of power for their own personal benefit.  The esteemed panelists, which included Jason DeSanto, Paulette Dodson, and Mary Ann Hynes, explored how general counsel should address ethical issues raised within the negative actions of CEOs and what ways companies can productively address these situations.

This year’s Corporate Counsel Institute was held on June 6-7, 2024, at Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.  Attendees received 10 CLE credits upon completion.
