Partner Susan Rider to speak at the Federal Bar Association’s 10th Annual Employment Law Seminar

On February 9, 2023, Partner Susan Rider will join the 10^th Annual Chicago Chapter of the Federal Bar Association’s Employment Law Update, panel Understanding Mental Health Conditions Under the ADA and FMLA panel. Susan Rider, now a senior counsel at Scharf Banks Marmor, will bring her three decades of experience as an employment law lawyer at publicly traded companies to bear when addressing the unique legal issues employers face when an employee requests a reasonable accommodation due to a mental health condition.
