Stephanie Scharf Moderates ABA Panel, “Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession”

Stephanie Scharf, Partner and Chair of the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, served as panel moderator for the ABA webinar, “The Shameful Truth: Sexual Harassment in the Legal Profession.” The webinar, held May 23, 2018,  was the fourth of six webinars in the ABA’s six-part series on different aspects of sexual harassment, sexual assault and evolution of the law.

The program follows publication of the Commission’s guidelines for corporations and law firms to address the problem of sexual harassment, “Zero Tolerance: Best Practices for Combating Sex-Based Harassment in the Legal Profession.”   Along with publication of the book, the Commission provides other  resources for legal employers including a program Toolkit that allows employers to conduct in-house CLEs on this very timely topic.  For more about the Zero Tolerance Initiative, and other initiatives of the Commission on Women click here:
