Susan Rider Speaks on DE&I at the 2022 NAMWOLF Annual Meeting Opening Day General Session

Susan Rider will be a featured speaker on “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:  Best Practices, Implementation & Risk Management,” the Opening Day General Session at the 2022 NAMWOLF Annual Meeting in Chicago.  Ms. Rider, Senior Counsel at Scharf Banks Marmor and former Vice President & Deputy General Counsel for Labor, Employment & Employee Benefits at Exelon Corporation,  and her fellow panelists will provide an overview of the primary Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) program components, and review best practices undertaken by corporations and law firms.  The panel will also explore recommendations as to how corporations, including their corporate legal departments, can best implement DE&I initiatives to bring about a more diverse workforce.
