PLI has published the second of a two-part series on restrictive covenant law and trends written by Partner Sarah Marmor, head of the Firm’s Employment Counseling and Litigation Practice.  The second, on the basic types of restrictive covenants, appears in the PLI Chronicle:  Insights and Perspectives for the Legal Community (November/December 2021).  In part 2 of her article, “Restrictive Covenants and a Changing Legal Landscape:  Helping Employees and Employers Navigate Uncertainty,” Ms. Marmor addresses recent on-trend changes in Illinois restrictive covenant law and offer practical advice for helping clients navigate these sorts of agreements.
