Scammers Threaten Corporate Compliance Website

Partner Ted Banks reports that the people who launch “phishing” attempts against company email systems have turned their attention to corporate sites used as whistleblower hotlines.  These sites are designed to allow employees to report suspected wrongdoing anonymously to avoid fears of retaliation.  Ted wrote a summary of this problem for the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics blog, and it can be found here.
